Training Provided:

Using a combination of classroom based training, e-learning and practical training you will be given all the support you need to develop both personally and professionally within your role. The duties of a Parts Apprentice include some of the following:

  • Comprehensive use of various Computer software operating systems.
  • Delivering Excellent customer service Face to face, through e-mail and telephone communications with both external and Internal customers.
  • Cash management.
  • Developing a technical understanding for vehicle parts and their function
  • Administration
  • Data management complying with GDPR regulation.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to requests from customers and colleagues.

On successful completion of the 18 month programme you will receive:

  • PSA Group Parts Advisor accreditation
  • salary increases
  • Opportunity to enter the staff car scheme if desired.
