Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our dealership in Crewe. As an award-winning and rapidly growing Motor Group and we pride ourselves in the level of service we provide, our knowledge and our customer focused attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
• Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
• Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
• Assisting our accounts department with month end reconciliations
• Maintaining up to date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
• Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
• Creating vehicle records – Both new and used vehicles
• Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles
