To demonstrate the confidence with the quality of our vehicles, we give every Kia our industry-leading, 7-year, 100,000-mile warranty – that’s the longest new car cover in Europe! There’s no catch – just seven years’ peace of mind. The same warranty applies to our electric vehicles, too, and also covers the battery.

In the unlikely event that you do need to claim, both the parts and labour are covered, so you’ll enjoy lower repair costs. Better still, the warranty is transferable, so if you come to sell your Kia, the new owner will benefit from the remaining time or mileage.

When you’re on the road, it’s good to know there’s always someone there to help. That’s why we created our unique Roadside Assistance package. Kia Roadside Assistance gives you 12 months free premium RAC cover with every new or approved used Kia vehicle – it can even cover you in Europe!

Have an issue before your journey begins? You’re covered from your front door. Break down on the road? You can get roadside rescue in the UK and Europe. And, if your vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside, we will take you to your nearest Kia dealer or your destination anywhere in the UK. You can even get a replacement car for two days while yours is being fixed.

We know how exciting it can be to drive your new Kia for the first time. So to help you get on the road as quickly as possible, every new, Approved Used and Assured Used Kia comes with complimentary Driveaway Insurance, which can be extended up to five days if required.

Better still, you’ll get a one-year free £250 Excess Return Voucher*, which will pay back up to £250 of your excess cost if you make a claim regardless of who your insurance is with. Simply call Kia before your insurer and we’ll take care of the rest.

When collecting your new Kia, we’ll also give you a quote for a Kia Car Insurance policy. The policy ensures that your car is repaired at a Kia Approved Body Shop using Kia genuine parts and guarantees you a courtesy car while your Kia is being repaired. We can even pay your current insurer’s cancellation fee if you would like to switch to us*.

We’ve made servicing easy through our Online Service Booking system. You can book a service at any time; simply put in your registration, mileage and postcode and you’ll be given the option to book a time and date that suits you.

You can choose to leave your car at the dealer, book a ‘while you wait’ service, or even arrange to have the car collected and delivered to your chosen destination.

Simply put in your registration, and we’ll give you a list of accessories that are designed to fit your Kia. Once you’re happy with your choice, you can choose a date and dealer to have them fitted.
