The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger

Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities include:

Scanning and entering purchase invoices on to the DMS; submitting for authorisation and then processing.

Liaising with management team to ensure all invoices processed and authorised in a timely manner.

Monthly purchase ledger payment runs.

Collating and processing the daily banking.

Liaising with credit customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts.

Desirable:

Previous experience working in the Automotive Sector.
