We are currently looking for an individual to join our award-winning Rental Department in Burntwood. The successful candidate will get a chance to learn on the job and receive hands on training from our experienced Rental team. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all rental customers are dealt with promptly and courteously, in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Deal with corporate clients & identify new business opportunities
  • Comply with GDPR legislations when handling customer data / ID checks carried out correctly.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered and collected promptly.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared prior to delivery.
  • Account for daily takings, payments, Invoicing.
  • Maintain the Rental & Fleet Management system completing all information required to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Liaise with other departments where appropriate.
  • Attend training courses as required by either the manufacturer or Acorn Motor Group.

Essential:

  • A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • A team player, with a confident and friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft / Excel & Teams
  • Full UK Driving license.
