In January, we attended the Kia National Dealer Conference, an important opportunity to reflect on Kia’s strong performance throughout 2025 and to look ahead to what promises to be an exciting year for the brand.

The conference gave us the chance to celebrate some fantastic achievements across the Acorn network, with several of our dealerships recognised on a national stage.

We were delighted to see Acorn Crewe place 7th overall for Dealer of the Year, a superb achievement that reflects the team’s continued commitment to performance, customer care and consistency. Acorn Burntwood was also recognised, finishing in 23rd place, highlighting the strength of the wider Acorn group.

Our aftersales teams were equally well represented. Acorn St Helens achieved an outstanding 2nd place for Aftersales Excellence, while Acorn Crewe secured a position in the Top 25 and Acorn Warrington finished 22nd. These results underline the high standards we aim to deliver long after a customer has driven away.

Customer experience was another area of success, with Acorn Crewe achieving 8th place nationally, reinforcing the importance we place on providing a consistently positive experience at every touchpoint.

Alongside the awards, the conference offered valuable insight into Kia’s future direction. We heard about upcoming model launches, updates across the current range, and Kia’s long-term vision, as well as getting a first look at the all-new Kia EV2.

We’re proud of what our teams have achieved and excited about what lies ahead as Kia continues to evolve its range and technology. We’re looking forward to another strong year, building on this momentum across all Acorn Kia dealerships.
