We are currently looking for an experienced parts Advisor to join our team to help support our ever-growing Aftersales division in Burntwood. The successful candidate must have a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Trade environment and an absolute understanding and passion for top-class Customer Service. We focus on employing the very best staff who can display excellent customer satisfaction whilst making every contact with our company a great experience to ensure a long-lasting relationship.

The Parts role requires someone who is well-organised and has strong attention to detail. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • A team player with a confident and friendly manner
  • Ensure delivery of all opportunities
  • Ability to work with company processes / systems
  • Be able to manage inbound and outbound orders in a timely professional manner
  • Manage each customer journey from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great outgoing personality
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward thinking mentality
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Full UK Driving license
