Service rating : I wish they would do the basics, like call you with updates. You are always having to call in to confirm what is happening or clarification about a simple booking in of you car.
Product : More than happy. That's the easy bit. However the amount was wrong and it took several months to get the invoice amended . Even having to call customer services to assist.

The service desk record jobs but forget to do them.
On two separate occasions have not received the complimentary car wash with service. Was told valet staff not on duty. Not impressed and will go to another dealer.

There are good and bad points, some staff are helpful, others seem to just ignore you when you go in. I was not happy that I have a 7 year warranty but that every time something goes wrong it is not covered, it makes me wonder why have a 7 year warranty, wish I knew what was covered under the warranty.

Service rating : The experience I have had at larger Ford dealers has not been good, however it was a pleasure dealing with your sales operative Joe Haynes who actually made the process of changing cars a pleasurable one this time and this despite living nearly 100 miles away from your showroom so having to make two trips down to Burntwood on consequtive Saturdays. His whole persona was such a refreshing one, including his politeness, patience and willingness to answer all questions put to him about my new purchase. I have to say top marks were earned.

Found details of the Ford C Max I bought on the RAC website for used cars after trawling the internet on the usual Ford user sites. Do not favour brown as a colour and it was described as brown, but having seen a picture of the vehicle it turned out to be Lunar Sky. Had there not been a picture I would have dismissed it. Joe was able to confirm the colour and some of the car's other attributes via email which ignited my interest in the vehicle. Having seen and then driven it and previously agreed a part ex for my Mazda 5 it was a no brainer in the end. Many thanks for making this a stress free experience.
Product : 2013 Ford C Max. Have to say its a pleasure to drive and although the engine is less than 1,000CC it packs a punch when required with the Ecoboost turbo engine. Had quite a few admiring comments about it. 10 days into ownership and still getting to grips with some of the finer points of the spec. One added bonus point for me was that the previous (first) owner had a spare wheel put in the boot instead of a puncture repair kit - somehow feel more secure with a spare wheel.

Service rating : This 'bad' isn't referring to those who are working at the acorn ford, Nick who served me was very very useful, but the company ford was useless! My 1st car was ordered on the 16th March, I didn't think it would take over a month to be delivered! Regarding trying to chase the cars whereabouts Nick was very honest and didn't really know either, something to do with fords online system. However he was reassuring that it would eventually get delivered.

Nick was great and helpful, but was really disappointing that the car was delayed by 2 weeks due to Ford transportation issues meaning the delivery of the car got put back one week I went in only to be told again it was put back another week. not what you expect from a large company

Ford Motor Company experienced a more than anticipated order bank for the New March Plate and this unfortunately resulted in a delay in deliveries to dealerships. We were constantly chasing Ford on your behalf on a daily basis and I'm sure that you will acknowledge that Nick kept you updated throughout.
I can only apologise on behalf of Ford Motor company and Acorn on the delay but I hope that know that you have had chance to drive your New Car it was worth the wait. I hope that you will accept a Full valet with my compliments whenever you feel your car is dirty enough!!!
