First fault reported x6 weeks ago - still waiting for parts to be delivered and fitted.
Second fault (paint fault) told it wasn't a manufacturing fault, which I disagree with.

Found details of the Ford C Max I bought on the RAC website for used cars after trawling the internet on the usual Ford user sites. Do not favour brown as a colour and it was described as brown, but having seen a picture of the vehicle it turned out to be Lunar Sky. Had there not been a picture I would have dismissed it. Joe was able to confirm the colour and some of the car's other attributes via email which ignited my interest in the vehicle. Having seen and then driven it and previously agreed a part ex for my Mazda 5 it was a no brainer in the end. Many thanks for making this a stress free experience.
Product : 2013 Ford C Max. Have to say its a pleasure to drive and although the engine is less than 1,000CC it packs a punch when required with the Ecoboost turbo engine. Had quite a few admiring comments about it. 10 days into ownership and still getting to grips with some of the finer points of the spec. One added bonus point for me was that the previous (first) owner had a spare wheel put in the boot instead of a puncture repair kit - somehow feel more secure with a spare wheel.

Product : Great car, but have fell foul of not closing they boot lid correctly and the boot light draining the battery. I have been told that this is common on Picanto's.
Product : Choose of colours is limited,, would originally opted for electric blue to find that discontinued, so opted then for the darker grey again not in kia Rio 3 range other that happy with my model and colour that I've now got. Thank you again.

Ford Motor Company experienced a more than anticipated order bank for the New March Plate and this unfortunately resulted in a delay in deliveries to dealerships. We were constantly chasing Ford on your behalf on a daily basis and I'm sure that you will acknowledge that Nick kept you updated throughout.
I can only apologise on behalf of Ford Motor company and Acorn on the delay but I hope that know that you have had chance to drive your New Car it was worth the wait. I hope that you will accept a Full valet with my compliments whenever you feel your car is dirty enough!!!
